Well,... with kids, it gets a little harder to continue with training,... but if there's a will there's a way. Paul is kicking up and down the pool with Cate sitting in her Hello Kitty car float. It is actually quite a bit harder than using a kick board! I guess we just have to be imaginative!

Excellent way to bond with kids and improve kicking! Try kicking with both kids!
