After my 7km run on Monday earlier this week, I decided that this would be my last run until after Paul Jr arrives. It wasn't cos I felt bad during the run, or tired (not at that speed anyway!) or any pain at all,.... but I knew my body was telling me something. I could feel some pressure at my pelvic floor like my womb was weighing down or something. I put it own to this being the 3rd pregnancy. I have found that with each pregnancy, I would feel this pressure sensation more as if my muscles / ligaments (?) are just not holding up my womb as well anymore. I didn't have this feeling with Emma. With Cate a little,... and now more.
Anyway, this morning I woke up, surprisingly a little down at having decided not to run anymore. I didn't expect that my pregnancy 2nd trimester running stint was going to be quite this short. So I decided swimming would have to be my thing moving forward..... boring as it is. Managed to swim 1km during Emma's swimming lesson. Hopefully I will grow to like it more...

Swimming is still best for your body now, my dear, and I think you just might grow to like it. Look at Lawrence - he used to dread anything that has to do with water - including drinking it. Now he swims a few times a week. And your sports activities put me to shame. I can't remember when I last ran or swam. GASP!!!
