This video of Ems doing aerobics is hilarious. We were literallly just walking past the studio and when Emma saw ppl "dancing" in there, she immediately ran in to join the class!!!

When I say "diet" it doesn't necessarily have anything to do with weightloss. Just what I am currently eating at the moment. Having been a pescatarian for the last couple of yrs, I have decided to start eating meat again. Tastes pretty darn good! :P
